Mental Health in the Workplace—Joint Learning Program

Public servants at all levels play a vital role in creating a workplace that supports mental health. This one-day workshop encourages awareness of mental health issues affecting the workplace and offers some strategies for building a psychologically healthy environment.

Participants will explore the continuum of mental health in the workplace, identify indicators for psychological health and safety and the factors that influence them, and learn about their roles and responsibilities when it comes to mental health at work.
